ARTICLE 3 – SCOPE AND APPLICATION These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") govern all contracts concluded between the provider luxenique-supply.com and the customer within the framework of distance selling. These GTC apply regardless of the device or platform used to access the online shop.
The consumer accepts these General Terms and Conditions as binding by clicking the corresponding confirmation box before placing an order. Any deviating or supplementary terms and conditions of the customer do not become part of the contract unless their validity is expressly agreed to in writing.

ARTICLE 5 – FORMATION OF A CONTRACT A binding purchase contract between Luxenique.com and the customer is concluded as soon as the consumer clicks "Buy now" during the ordering process and has previously accepted the General Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
Immediately after receipt of the order by Luxenique-supply.com, it will be confirmed by email (confirmation of receipt). This does not constitute acceptance of the offer. The contract is only considered concluded upon the shipping confirmation or the actual delivery of the goods. Luxenique-supply.com reserves the right to refuse orders, particularly in cases of obvious misuse, suspicion of fraud or unavailability of the goods.
ARTICLE 6 – CONSUMER’S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL Consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) have the right to withdraw from a distance selling contract concluded via luxenique-supply.com within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the customer or a person designated by the customer, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify luxenique-supply.com of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
After the cancellation notice has been issued, the goods must be returned to the return address specified by Luxenique-supply.com within 30 days of the cancellation notice. The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. A refund will only be issued after the returned items have been received and inspected.
The goods may be removed and inspected for inspection, just as they would be in a store. Any use beyond this, especially everyday wear, excludes a full refund.
ARTICLE 7 – CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL In the event of an effective cancellation, Luxenique-supply.com will reimburse the customer all payments received from the customer, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the customer choosing a different type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of the cancellation of the contract.
For this refund, Luxenique-supply.com will use the same payment method that the customer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer. Under no circumstances will the customer be charged any fees for this refund.
Refunds may be refused until Luxenique-supply.com has received the goods back or the customer has provided evidence that he has returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
ARTICLE 8 – EXCLUSION OR PREMATURE EXPIRY OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of contracts or products:
• Goods that have been custom-made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs; • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery; • Audio or video recordings or software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery; • Goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded; • Goods that cannot be returned after opening for health protection reasons; • Individual editions of newspapers, magazines or illustrated magazines; • Services, if Luxenique-supply.com has provided them in full and the performance of the service has only begun after the consumer has expressly agreed that Luxenique-supply.com may begin performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period and the customer has been confirmed that he will lose his right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.
ARTICLE 9 – PRICES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
All prices listed on the luxenique-supply.com website are final prices in British Pounds, including applicable VAT. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be listed separately during the ordering process.
Prices are subject to change, particularly in the case of printing errors or pricing errors in the system. There is no right to delivery at an incorrectly stated price if the error was recognizable to the customer.
Payments can be made using the payment methods accepted by Luxenique-supply.com. These typically include credit cards, PayPal, and other electronic payment methods. The payment amount is due no later than seven business days after the order, unless otherwise stated.
In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge statutory default interest and to claim collection fees or reminder costs.
ARTICLE 10 – DELIVERY AND RESERVATION OF TITLE
Luxenique-supply.com ships the products to the delivery address provided by the customer after receipt of payment. Delivery times are stated on the product page or during checkout. If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed immediately.
Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. No additional costs will be incurred.
The delivered goods remain the property of Luxenique-supply.com until full payment has been received. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to demand the return of the goods.
ARTICLE 11 – WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
All products purchased from Luxenique-supply.com are subject to statutory warranty rights. These are generally valid for 24 months from receipt of the goods. During this period, the consumer is entitled to free repair, replacement, or—if this is not possible or reasonable—a refund of the purchase price.
Should a product be defective or not match the description, we ask the customer to contact our customer service immediately and describe the defect in as much detail as possible. The return of the defective product will be handled in coordination with our service team.
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, inadequate care or external influences.
Luxenique-supply.com is fully liable for intentional and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence, Luxenique-supply.com is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), and is limited to typical, foreseeable damages.
Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The provisions of the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.
ARTICLE 12 – CONTRACT DURATION AND TERMINATION PROVISIONS
Indefinite contracts: Consumers can terminate contracts with an indefinite term at any time with one month's notice. Termination can be made in writing, by email, or via a corresponding customer account.
Fixed-term contracts: Contracts with a fixed term end automatically at the end of the agreed period. Termination is possible up to one month before the end of the contract, unless otherwise agreed.
Renewal: Automatic renewal of a fixed-term contract is only possible if expressly agreed upon. In such a case, the contract is renewed for an indefinite period and can be terminated at any time with one month's notice.
Trial or promotional offers expire automatically after the agreed trial period, unless otherwise agreed.
ARTICLE 13 – COMPLAINTS AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION
We attach great importance to customer satisfaction. Should any complaints arise, we ask our customers to contact our customer service using the contact details provided on our website. When contacting us, please always include the order number and a detailed description of the problem.
Complaints will be reviewed and responded to within 14 days of receipt. If processing is delayed, the customer will be informed in a timely manner. Our goal is to resolve every complaint promptly and in a customer-focused manner.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers who have their habitual residence in another EU member state, the mandatory provisions of that state remain unaffected.
The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from or in connection with these General Terms and Conditions is the registered office of Luxenique-supply.com, provided that the customer is a merchant or does not have a general place of jurisdiction in the United Kingdom.
ARTICLE 15 – DISPUTES
All contracts between Luxenique-supply.com and the consumer to which these General Terms and Conditions apply shall be governed exclusively by the law of the Federal Republic of the United Kingdom – even if the consumer is resident abroad.
ARTICLE 16 – SMS MARKETING
By opting in to SMS communication when shopping with Luxenique-supply.com or signing up through our tools, you agree to receive recurring text messages about your order, abandoned cart, special offers, or feedback requests. This may apply even if your number is on a "do not call" list. The number of messages may vary. Opting in is not a requirement for making a purchase.
