Important Instructions
- 30-day return policy
- Refunds processed within 14 days
- No restocking fees
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Canceling Your Order
You may cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped. Simply email us at info@luxenique-supply.com with your order number. If your package hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll cancel it right away. If it’s already on its way, you can proceed with our return process instead.
Return and Exchange Process
You have the right to return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
Please ensure the following conditions are met before returning any items:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- All original labels must still be attached
- Items should ideally be returned in their original packaging
In short: Trying on is fine, but the item must not show signs of wear.
If your return or exchange meets the above criteria, please contact our customer service at info@luxenique-supply.com. We will provide you with the return label and next steps by email.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (we recommend using a tracked shipping method and sending us the tracking number), we will notify you by email. If everything is in order, your refund will be issued within 14 days using your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please email us at info@luxenique-supply.com with:
- A description of the issue
- A photo of the item
- Your order number
We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible — in most cases, by sending a replacement free of charge.
